My new weather station is going to get a workout.

They keep increasing the wind gust speed on the forecast here for tomorrow
It's blowing a gale and pouring down here in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland. Although I am glad the ice and snow has gone. I really feel the cold.
Same here, up to 58mph and lasting into Monday and then again Tuesday and Wednesday. Going to be a stormy few days, could make Mondays commute tricky.
Strap down your spinny things . Batten down the pensioners. And as for your trampolines leave them in your local supermarket carparks.
Not sure about my rickety fence surviving. All this seems rather exaggerated to me. 55-60mph gusts really aren’t that bad at all. Few chairs and bins knocked over and maybe a few loose tiles and rickety fences. Media go on like we should be preparing for the four horsemen

It is overexaggerated. They knock out warnings for too little and nobody takes nobody takes notice. All this seems rather exaggerated to me. 55-60mph gusts really aren’t that bad at all. I assume you won't be driving around in it though. Quite likely there'll be a few deaths unfortunately. All this seems rather exaggerated to me. 55-60mph gusts really aren’t that bad at all. That's pretty scary stuff. 36 gusting to 68 here in the Midlands on XC. Met saying 35 to 55.45mph gusting to 70mph forecast for here this evening, that's from a postcode check on XCweather :/
