I think it's going to be a bit disappointing but how can it not after last weeks episode. It's going to be a long wait till the next series. I really wish HBO released their seasons sets for the Christmas period like most other shows but I guess it works for them.

That's what my dad kept saying all the way through the finale lol. Everyone's shades of Grey but Jon Snow, Robb, Eddard, Catyln, Tyrion, Davos, Arya, Bran, Rikkon, Timmon, Samwell and Dany can be considered better than the rest in a lot of respects.

It's also worth noting that the computer game for this show is out on the 8th for Playstation 3 and X Box 360. It has been in development before the HBO deal and is a prequel featuring a good few of the cast. Certainly not a triple AAA game but should be well worth a look for fans of the TV show.

I don't know two series for book 3 seems too much. A few episodes extra and trimming off the fat would have been better I think. Same with book 4 and 5 merge them together into one season and cut down a lot of the traveling parts.
 
Did any one notice the master of coin was also on the new Batman film? Along with a représentative from nearly every major tv show it seemed (Game of Thrones, 24, Criminal Minds, 3rd Rock, Lost, Dexter, Prison Break and 24).
 
Some good news as well though guys that didn't seem right mentioning along with the bad. All the episodes will be be super-sized this season. HBO guidelines mean a program has to run within 50-60 minutes. The average run time last season was 53 minutes but that is been extended to 57 minutes this season due to all the extra story. So in total at the very least an extra 40 minutes this season... not bad! :)
 
Just a reminder guys the season two set is out Monday. Looks like Amazon have sold out of that bonus disc I mentioned about. Can't wait though its going to be another marathon watching all 10 episodes back to back with my friends.
 
I'm watching her in the Terminator Chronicles at the moment and she's hot there as well so had to give her the heads up over Natalie who was so so in the Tudors but amazing in GoT :).
 
Omg they should have just switched the character and actor and made him walk a similar path as that in the books. Thats what the third cast change? Who does that anymore... only one example/show I know of in recent memory and that was in Nip/Tuck*.

*Sparticus obviously it was elements beyond the creators control and the show was built on a single character.
