what did he actually lie about ?

am i missing something. no one proved he isnt going to work as a shunter. no one proved thats not his car when he passes. no one proved the lass of his dreams isnt real. you did prove that he works in farmfoods like he said though

you all fail at proving the lies wrong. good stalking though
 
im now going to sue OCUK for letting this happen on there forums, personal attacks, collectin private data, etc, and i can and WILL do it, ive had words with my uncle who works in the police force

I very much doubt the CPS will prosecute, what is the crime here? Showing him information that he personally put out online for everyone else to google?

In terms of a civil suit, where is the loss? He hasn't loss any money, and if it is a defamation suit, the most anyone has done from what i have seen is putting facts across. Which of course could be totally wrong if only the OP denied it but he confirmed it was all correct and you can't be sued for facts.

Calling him a liar however is a grey area as it is a derogatory term and you will need proof for that. On the other hand, there are counter claims to be made in his "threats" of bodily harm.
