Backpacking through Thailand was an eye opener for me. Plenty of blokes openly looking for "ladyboys". There is obviously demand for it otherwise there wouldn't be a market.

I suspect in many cases it all depends on how convincing they are aesthetically. Not sure how the chaps get their heads around the situation where there's meat and 2 veg though. Latent homosexual/bisexual tendencies?
