I hope you all spare a thought for us poor night shift workers tonight, 13 hour shift....lovely.
My dog will be confused, her internal body clock will be out for a week or so
We have set the clock back at the start of the shift and started break times an hour early so no one misses out.Then theres the issue of do you rely on your clock putting itself back an hour or do you do it yourself? If you rely on the clock it'll invariably fail to do it or if you do set it yourself it certainly will put itself back an hour as well. So you either turn up for work an hour early or arrive an hour late.
