One thing about this forum.
The same people in the same threads, always with the same small-minded reactionary stupid opinions.
Always people attempting to reduce complex problems/social issues into media sound-bites (then getting hysterical when confronted with their ignorance) - I already know what half this forum is going to say (almost to the letter) on a myriad of different subjects.

So? I am just pointing out one of UKIP's numerous flaws.
Well I wasn't alive, however UKIP aren't a party of progress and they just want to drag us backwards which will solve nothing.
Just read the thread, lots of OCUK forum members have said they will vote for UKIP now. A lot won't say because you call them names and others call them racists.

This is UKIP we're talking about right? Erm they aren't in any way racist or far-right and the opinions of a disgruntled former member is not evidence that they are so. Calling them such, presumably for their anti-immigration stance makes you an ultra-liberal.
If someone avoids voting for UKIP because I have called UKIP names and said they are racist they will have made the right decision.

Well you see Labour has Marxists members, it is also a "socialist" party they also spew diatribe similar to your (mostly) misplaced egalitarian views; so yes, I would see them left wing.

UKIP are deluded, even the US has come out and said if we leave the EU, they wont do as much business with us and we are on our own. this country needs the EU mainly for the economy.
Personally I like my human rights, its one of the most important mechanisms for decency we have, and dont forget the HRA, 1998 is UK legislation! the ability to go to a higher court than the state is a good thing, when that state starts to trample on our rights

the 70's was all about how Labour messed the country up bringing it to its knees cap in hand to the IMF. The righter wing tories fixed that in the 80's turning a basket case into a thriving economy which Labour inherited and ruined. - now the tories held back by the lidems are doing their best to fix.
