What about the video where one man charges the police and was shot, was that fake footage?

I saw what looked like a body, with two gentlemen armed with weapons. It is for a jury to decide if they were guilty or not and indeed whether the witness testimony is reliable.

There are numerous inconsistencies regarding the events of that day that in my view warrant further consideration.

You are correct it is for a jury to decide their guilt you are totally correct in that - no one of sound mind would dispute that. However, that is not what you said which was 'if it happened at all'. Now that to me and others makes it sound like you are posing the theory the event did not take place rather than did a murder take place. And you haven't clarified that yet.

But they were caught on camera aiming weapons at police, which they've also denied. If they didn't do it, who did?

Its for a jury to decide if they are guilty of murder, yes... and I think we can be fairly sure what that decision will likely be.

As for if they did it, "if it happened at all", you don't require a jury to tell you whether they killed Lee....its hardly a question of whether they did it, though that's not the same as them being found guilty of murder.
