To be honest quite a few people are managing to make themselves look foolish on both sides of the debate.
 
To be honest this thread should just be locked. I'm not saying that we shouldn't be able to talk about our differing views and have a debate but this thread has past the point where intellectual comments are being made. Nothing will come of the race debate because everyone is too narrow-minded to consider the concepts of immigration (i.e. what it can actually do for our country). Most of all though, everyone's views have been provoked by what has happened today and therefore completely blown out of proportion.

This thread should be locked.

He didn't specifically state white British.

White in general was 60% in 2011, and 71% in 2001.

So at a rate of 10% per decade, it's still more than "a few years" before white becomes the minority.

I know but I would have expectyed armed response to be quicker than 20 minutes in London?

Good job they only wanted to kill the one soldier. How many people could they have killed in 20 minutes?

That's waht worries me, how slow the armed response was to get there.
 
20 minutes is far too long tbh. I thought we were rolling out tasers? Or am i imagining that? I guess they were originally called to a traffic incident, which is why they had to wait for armed back up.

You can kill a ****load of people in 20 minutes.
