Woolwich serious incident

Their concerns are about radical muslims purely because muslims are typically non-white. See where this is going?

The same way that the White Supremacist groups in the USA are only interested in crimes when they're committed by a non-white person.

They're simply uninterested in the terrible things that white people do.

This kind of sums it up, I don't recall people attacking Catholic churches when the IRA were burning soldiers alive, blowing up women/children, etc.

So your friends do illegal drug taking and you don't do a thing about it says it all really.
To be honest, it says more about you that you would go to the effort of reporting somebody for smoking weed (an act which in isolation causes no objective external harm).

Pretty much the crux of it.

I wonder if I'll be labeled as a child killer once Mark Bridger is convicted. Thankfully people who air these ridiculous opinions are in no position of importance

It does annoy me how many religions possibly formed due to a number of men in power wanting more power and the ability to control the public.

So the actions of these power-hungry men thousands of years ago still cause a clustershag of issues for people in the modern world. :(

I know plenty of non-religious people commit atrocities as well, but at least they aren't able to hide behind or try to justify their actions with religion.

Do you inform the police on every minor infraction your friends/colleagues commit, say speeding for example?

If you break the law and I know about it I will report it. Everyone in the UK knows the law and should abide by it as most do.

I mean what's the point of having laws if people just go out and break them and then claim it as a "minor infraction"

No matter how arbitrary and unnecessary? What does anyone have to gain by reporting people for partaking in illegal activities where they are only harming themselves?

You really do seem to think that legal is a synonym for right and moral, whereas illegal is a synonym for illegal and wrong.

If being gay was still illegal, would you report people for being gay if you witnessed it?

Discussing whether or not certain religions and/or extremists should be banned from out country is a moot point because at the end of the day our government is too liberal to do anything about it. That isn't to say that these people are reprobates but rather that the government missed their opportunity to control immigration as our country is now so multicultural. Imagine the backlash they could cause.

EDL blaming all Muslims.
atheists blaming all religions.
Muslims saying well its understandable because of what the West has done.
government for encouraging immigration without purpose with little thought for the obvious consequences.
government for doing bugger all about radicalisation.
Guardianesque readers who would stop the government doing anything about radicalisation due to "human rights" concerns.
