Mine are adieu & stomp and I always get the answer in 3 or 4.

Always start with STARE myself, covers quite a few commonly used letters. Got lucky with my 4th today, took ages!

Only done it two days but I like starting with a different word each day, yes not optimal but it does make it more fun and I may even get lucky and get it first try

I do the same. No idea why. A while back I started randomly with meaty and got lucky as it was I think 3/4 of the letters.
