exactly I have no idea what the commentators are talking about. He sets up nicely then does just about everything possible to not score. That shot was perfectly at the keeper, like you couldn't have hit it more at the keeper.

Exactly why didnt Crouch with a better everything ratio than Heskey start alongside Rooney?
Some of those balls that were played through the middle in the second half, anyone but Heskey would have got on the end of them and done something with them.
If you play him, thats all the team does, it just bangs it long for the knock downs and it makes for ******* awful football.

USA could easily win the group on goal difference if they get to scoring a few goals, provided England actually win their other 2 games in this group, although the quality of their opposition will be much lower than USA. In all fairness the U.S are actually a better team than a lot of people give them credit for, many play in the EPL and at one point in April 2006 they were actually number 4 in the world.
