I have no idea about football so I'm not trolling if the answer is obvious.
Quite a number of teams have foreign managers. It's just about bringing someone in who you think can do a job.
And tbh, half of the Germany team isn't German.

Football does strange things to a man.
But the BBC said they played well against Slovenia!!
It's a shame it didn't end 2-1 as FIFA would get slaughtered over the disallowed goal.

Indeed, a scapegoat is going to be needed urg. England have performed the same with Capello, Sven and Mclaren. The coach isn't the weak link.
