Well firstly, Australia didn't bid did they, which would make for even more corruption if they won it, and secondly, had they bid, what makes Australia a more fair place to put it than Quatar?
Whats the point in the list, are you trying to suggest, its a world wide event, its not the ENGLAND Cup with invited world guests so why would England be an automatic choice? Anyway your list seems to suggest that, yes, middle east is somewhere that hasn't had it before, nor Russia, so what makes it unfair that those two places get a world cup exactly, the fact that you can barely hide you racism in a single post you make on any subject over the entire forum?
I was also going to say, seeing more Beckham comments one thing strikes me as why we didn't come close, everything out of our bid is why we COULD hold a world cup not why we SHOULD hold it. Our transport is great, we have stadiums, we have airports, so therefore we should hold the world cup? What about, the people are desparate for one, etc, etc, we don't have a leg to stand on. I'd guess if you looked up how many English fans managed to get tickets and go see live games in recent world cups we'd be VERY high up in any stat covering all fans worldwide.
How many events in Europe is fair in a given space of time, as said, its a WORLD CUP which England choose to take part in, its not an England cup everyone else decided to join up with, inventing the sport means literally nothing, not least because thats not a deciding factor in any other world sporting event at all.
England fans have had a GREAT chance to get tickets, for many games, in many world cups that are essentially local to us, basically every second tournament since it started(better than every second till England world cup) has been in Europe, while the inbetween years tend to switch continents so European fans have had 40 years of more chances than any other fanbase to get to games.
We also have the Euro cup, not identical but with many of the same top teams involved.
The world cup started as a HEAVILY European based cup, then moved to a one in ever two cups status, and for the next few cups will lose out, fail to see how thats unfair as Europe to date has hosted more than half of the world cups ever held.
Due to the UK's economic standing, we've had one of the largest away fans contingents to non European cups aswell, its high time other parts of the world get a chance to see football. The more fans generated in the end, the more money there is in football, the more good leagues evolve and the better players we find, and the better worldwide competition becomes.

I'm already saving for Brasil / Russia and in all seriousness if I can get an extra ticket and none of my friends want to come, anyone in here is welcome and can sleep on the floor / sofa of where ever I stay.

If so, its not hard to see why.
I think with the panorama show, you have to show news items when they're relating to the current climate. I think the BBC had every right, or as much right to air what they did when they did as the other news groups did with their shizzle

Lot of people implying that the selection os WC host was influenced by bribes, corruption, etc.
Does anybody really believe that the choice of WC hosts, Olympic hosts, etc etc etc etc has ever not been influenced by bribes and corruption??
If a group of people can make massive profits from a conscious decision made by another group of people, then there will be backhanders in play. Just the BBC are better at uncovering it nowadays...
