World first QD-OLED monitor from Dell and Samsung (34 inch Ultrawide 175hz)

Warranty wont cover burn in anyway. Usually hardware with me looses warranty day one due to mods ect. Like I turned off all protrection options in my oled tv using service remote hehe. Only burn is stopping me from getting tv as monmitor i got space to move desk even 3 meters away from wall ifi i want to. But buying new tv every year is kinda stupid. Assume one year will burn in C1 of mostly desktop useage.

5Y warranty vs basic 1Y warranty I'd not cheap out to save a little bit of cash personally, reputable supplier means more hope of something if it does get burn in.

If You play around with service menu u got 0 warranty anyway :) My 55eg960v is ancient by todays standard but no upgrade for me as new oleds dont have 3d :( And that is/was reason i went with it. Over 5 years with dimming and other safety options turned off and still no burn in as i only watch movies on it.
Not everyone throws warranty of hardware day one. My 3080 is power limit moded also so no warranty either :p as is my rooted phone :p

If one can mod or hack something im doing it day one. One day something will die but so far few decades ob day 1 moding no problem. Well Killed one gpu years ago soldering resistors to it on day i got it lol

The order I made much later has this date too. If I was you I would not hold my breath for that. They just have not got around to to revising that date yet. I hope I am wrong as I will get the order I made last first

How 'much later'? Mine was 9, which is later than I planned but it's hardly mid afternoon or something :P

Probably around that time or a bit earlier. Will have to go look at my order time and get back to you. I would not put it past those jokers to send those out before my order at 08:04 which got delayed a month

Mine and a bunch of other orders here were made within 5 minutes of it going live. Any of those which haven't been sent out have had the delivery date shifted to the 22nd. Presumably they're going through the orders in batches to give out the updated delivery times.

Lol, my screen is still just sat on the dining room table. Need to do a few bits with my desk and PC before setting it up.

Customer care never got in touch with me today, so going to give them a ring in the day tomorrow about this water damage business.

Sorry I meant what time specifically? I think all of us ordered Tuesday morning more or less! :D
Haha. Exactly.

Ah sorry dudes, i'm a bit slow today. I honestly didn't sweat it at all; I think I got my order in around 9:20 am (if my quidco is to be believed).

Do you guys know if something like this can be returned if you open it? Wouldn't mind fiddling with it :P
