I would get in touch with them and see what they can do. But no guarantees. I asked for them to up my discount from 7% to 10% as many here were getting that, but got declined. I did not push it as i already had a good deal and am happy with the monitor.

I just want the screen to come, I had the April 22nd delay like lots of others, the thing is after friday evening i won't be in the country for 2 weeks
 
Same boat as you lot. 8.07/8.12 order here... Still no update on tracking since leaving the NL on Friday. So fed up with Dell CS just pulling est delivery dates out of their butts and then revising them late in the day. I want off this wild ride.

Original dates were shipping 23rd March, delivery 24th March
Then updated to shipping 6th April, delivery 22nd April
Then updated to shipping 5th May, delivery 6th May
Then actually shipped 12th April, was told by customer support it would definitely be delivered on 14th April.

Assuming it does actually come tomorrow, it will be almost exactly 4 weeks later than the original date, and 2 days earlier than the first revised date.
 
Hope you all get you're monitor soon.

For those with one how often is yours asking for the pixel refresh, I know the time may vary but I'm finding it is quite frequent, maybe 3 hours when in use gaming.
Quite annoying the little box popping up when in the middle of a Battle Royal game...

I know I can cancel it but don't want to delay doing it.
 
I haven’t had any update yet beyond the Friday update that it was departing NL. Maybe that means mine will be Thursday, who knows with these clowns.
 
Mine has arrived and is all setup as per Vincent Teoh recommended settings (Creator mode, sRGB, Gamma @ 2.4)

I'm confused why it has a volume slider in the menu when it doesn't have speakers?
 
It does control that^
It's basically a pass-through for the GPU's audio output via DP/HDMI. you will see it accordingly in the Windows Sound panel:

And I'm surprised Windows 11 still can't switch between SDR and HDR properly.

For example, I have HDR set to on in Windows 11, so when I play HDR content it looks great - But windows desktop, chrome etc look duller than in SDR mode.

Any solution? Other than to manually enable HDR as/when you need it?
 
There is no solution for that, just manually switch to HDR when watching HDR stuff or in before a game.
