World in Conflict "virtually identical" on PS3/360

360 gpu was made specifically for the 360, ps3 gpu is an old g70 (7800gtx desktop gpu) slapped into a console. 360 users lose out because of this. World in conflict is great btw.

BTW all cpu's are capable of the supposedly unique features of the 'cell' sony just use a load of buzzwords to talk it up and the fanbois lap it up. Tedium.

Yes all CPU's are capable of doing what the Cell does and even what a GPU does, but that doesn't mean they will do it as well does it?

dont think rts games are too suited to consoles(even though i did play the original C&C to death on the ps1).
anyway about the game....found the sp side pretty boring
mp on the other hand is great fun....no matter how good you are you will need the help of teammates if the opposition is half decent and plays as a team.....backing up your teammates is what its all about.....a great mp game.

I don't care either way tbh, in case you haven't noticed most of the regulars that populated this once fairly lively and interesting board are gone and all that is left is fanboi, i only come here to wind them up. Don't play my 360 much tbh, nothing really worth playing on any console to drag me away from bf2142, bf2, tf2 (better on pc), CS:S etc etc. Apart from GTA4, GoW and FM 2. I wouldn't have a ps3 if i was offered one for nothing, symbol of the decline of the console gaming industry as a whole, at least the ps2 had some decent games, and you're a example of the decline of this board. Was once decent, now a tard fest, have fun.

I'd never be mates with someone with a solid snake sig. Needles as far as trolls go you do a pretty poor rendition of the 'pragmatic hardcase' type. The comedy camp snake sig ruins it from the start.

kdd u going to compare the availability of AAA games on the PS3 to the PS2. Seems logical that a console which has been in around since moses got the 10 commandments will have more top tiltes (very good games) than the ps3, hell i think its on par with 360.
