I would say yes, i haven't enjoyed a wow expansion like this since TBC tbh.

Agree. I liked Wrath too....but WoD is great imo, I can go ahead and forget Cata & MoP.

I agree with this also, I used to be a casual LFR player and this expansion has made me want to concentrate on 1 player more. Still havent complete normal for Highmaul but that is because I am not part of an active raiding guild.

I may progress later in Hc or Mythic at a later date but I am happy with the Normal mode atm. Usually pug with 3 of us in premade groups

Normal is easily possible with the right pug group, even heroic is, shame a lot of players still try to play it like LFR and stand still in mines

I can't recall the gear you get from it, but if it's a big increase you'll see Highmaul getting finished pretty quickly.

I think Mythic Imperator will still be out of reach for most pug groups in blackrock foundry gear. People in the guild I'm in have said there's still another tier to come after BRF before the next expansion?

There will be quite a few patches adding new content before a new xpac

Not sure whats included in the next tier of raiding but they said they only wanted 2 tiers this expansion.

I'm pretty much fully geared from HC now anyway and not really that interested in doing Mythic's. I need to get an Imperator kill on Normal and HC then I'm done for the week . Easier said than done though!

Being a paladin who kicks out 35-45k healing depending on the fight means you rarely have problems finding a group.

Yup pallies seem a bit OP atm, our guild pally was ranking every fight for the first few weeks, he was our worst geared healer nearly 20 ilvls behind one of them and still doing 30-40k every fight.

Tis just a shame he stood in every nasty thing possible to stand in while he was doing 40k HPS

i really hope they do not only stick to the 2 tiers of raiding! it seems far to short for this expansion. As good as it is i wouldn't want them to mess it up on the next!

Two beacons is a little OP but I feel it's mitigated by not having a big raid healing cool down like Tranq or Revival etc. We're very good on Butcher for example but less useful on Ko'ragh where you can rotate the raid cool downs to mitigate the Expel Magic: Shadow.

Ha ha. By the sounds of it he was standing in the guff on the floor spam healing himself to set off beacon healing on the tanks .

I've just got my paladin up to LFR level but I just can't get to grips with its healing. Can you give me a really quick run down of how you are getting such high HPS?

How is your gear in terms of ilvl and Crit rating? You want to be stacking crit to the max really along with haste and multi strike. Multi-strike is not that popular on items but I quite like having 10-15% raid buffed.

Not sure how many of you guys this applies too but it seems Blizzard are sending a gift this month to all players subbed since the games launch who are "veterans"

American subscribers who opted in for the UPS mailing have already been getting tracking notifications

No idea if this means active the whole period or just whos account is flagged as commencing at launch of the game, pretty cool anyway nice move for them rewarding the loyal fanbase who have been through it all, will be interested to see what people get. Im guessing some sort of commemorative item, trophy/model etc, maybe a nice print
