Would you consider yourself "fit" ?

Not as fit as I should be....
I was always slim until I hit 40, then rapidly developed a bit of a gut (though it didn't help that I quit going to karate three times a week). I've been going to the gym twice a week since around Xmas, currently about 80Kg and 172 cm tall - the weight hasn't dropped much if at all, but at least I'm getting more muscle underneath all the flab ! Need to fit at least another gym session a week in to try and lose the gut I fear....
To all you youngesters who can eat what you like right now, just you wait a few years !
 
I've started running on top of football once a week, riding more now its summer - just got home from a 24hr bike race and it didn't hurt as much as last year plus I went faster. I'm still ****** though.

So that's a yes, but not enough!
