it's a bit like going into a boxing ring, an unlicenced boxing ring and saying grace.. the other chap is going to headbutt you!! or rather as we're looking at gang warfare, it was like a mafia funeral in which they should have set up security/watchouts.. it's a bad donkey dangerous world out there.
also some old q2 folk here may remember on wireplay we had a do (i think it was a 64 player rocket salute on q2dm1.. laggggg) for someone who "died", he should have been named something else because about three days later we found out he was alive!! it was his way of quitting the clan

There was a wedding in eve and some ppl podded the bride. But a funeral is different. There have been several in EvE and absolutly everyone has been respectful at them.

What got me as well, with regards to showing disrespect was that half of them seemed to be AFK and just stood there whilst they got attacked.

its about a players dad who has died, they had an ingame funeral for him. and it gets raided... not about someone who dies in the raid.
