I think you're being a bit harsh Mr Bulbous. It's a family forum and swearing isn't allowed in links or posts. The link was removed because the video contained a number of swear words and the Mod was only doing his/her job

The Music forums that go on here on OcUK will inevitably link to much harsher vulgarity than this link did, yet they are allowed to commence without such petty interruptions by Power mad mods. They are most definitely family orientated judging by the discussions held there, but the Mods are so much more sensible and less power crazy, perhaps?
When petty censorship like this rears its ugly head, then somebody has to say something.
Honestly, the worst I heard on the music track to that very funny WoW vidieo was SOB ... yes SOB, sure some of the text seen in the poor quality video was worse, but if you go down that road ... what are you going to do with 99% of links that are shown here, that have links in the link that link to a link to have swearwords and worse?
This is totally and utterly ridiculous people, and you all damn well know it.
Now this thread has turned around from laughing at the nonsense in that game to people here squealing to Mods about potential swear words to appease themselves to the hierarchy.

Mr Bulbous it is a family forum, quite young members browse it regularly and my old schools filter did not block it.
If a parent had read the FAQ and the terms as they are meant to if a minor signs up then they are letting them on the assumption it will be a safe surfing environment where there is little swearing or bad influencesp).
It has been the rules of the forum since about dot and it makes this place what it is, a nice place to read, but direct links to swearing are not a good idea as it is the post endorsing and approving the content.
It is fine if it is 2 links deep, as it is the surfers choice to go there, as they can make a educated decision based upon the current content of the site, to if they wish to carry on browsing.
You can not blame the moderation team for upholding the rules everyone agreed to when signing up, it is a family forum afterall and that is probably the only reason I am so active here. Not everyone is a keyboard warrior trying to prove how big they are by swearing, and 99% of the people on here are friendly and well spoken people from the forum and MSN correspondance I have had with them.
If this place has good rules and they are followed it will continue to attract a wide user base, of people willing to make the effort to abide by two rules really, no swearing and no competitors. The only two you really have to remember outside of members market.
I know your going to say im a suck up, LOL at me or come back with something witty so go ahead; I know why I post here and I perfectly understand the rules I agreed to.
