Slowly getting back into the swing of things, strength seems to be there but feel there's slight niggles with movement so being cautious about speed of progress
Bit of a rushed workout but everything felt comfortable, need be more confident and add weight to pull ups and rows consistently to build that stable base.
Weights felt comfortable but conditioning was really poor and therefore will need work. Will try and factor more conditioning work in upcoming sessions.
Getting back into the groove of things with squatting, probably not the best idea benching after a bunch of random exercises but the bench was busy after the bank holiday weekend.
Fasted session, not done one of these in a while but things went pretty smoothly. Didn't bring chalk so grip on deadlifts were a struggle but didn't feel like pulling 130 for reps of 5.
Need to really floss out the shoulder as sticking on OHP.
Rows and bench fell comfortable and smooth, whereas squat was a struggle and a half which was strange. Even dropping down to 110 I struggle to get multiple reps out.
Thought the week out on holiday would do me good but apparently I've just ended up tight all over and very out of breath on a lot of the sets. Strength wise I think I need to work on some of the 'support' muscles aka stop skipping OHP as its hard.
