X-Factor 2011

Brilliant voice u can still hear her Irish in her vioce when she sings and I love an Irish accents lol

I enjoyed his sob story being 'we live in rented accomodation', not quite the 'my mum will die if I don't get loads of votes' or 'I grew up eating cashew nuts out of the M&S bins every night'.

It did make me groan when he came out with the non-existent sob story.

I mean, give me a break, there are students out there who coming out of university with £15k-20k debt...this guy should be thankful that he does not have that sort of debt burden.

All these sob stories and tears...I have absolutely no sympathy for them. In fact I despise them.

2 shoes appear to be the only act who have the fun factor (no tears), though I don't feel they are strong enough in the voice department.

Also, I've noticed that this thread is getting many more posts than during the non-live shows. During the non-live shows, there were usually 2-4 messages.

Better eye candy too.

Although it's incredibly depressing realising that the X-Factor is now on four out of seven days in the week. Can't remember TV being so dominated by a single show (bar Olympics/World Cup stuff).
