I saw two of them on the front cover of one of the tabloids this morning when I was paying for fuel. They looked really pleased with themselves - I'd be ashamed if I were their Father :(

Proving to be the poster everyone knows you for. Thanks! :) Many people post their performance videos in the gear thread....It also happened to be a Queen themed night on the X Factor tonight...hence the post.

Oh and as I've proved before, people do care, in comparison to your youtube vids...a hell of a lot of people care.

Also, I'm sorry that you think it's 'naff', but then again...any solo that constitutes of more than 3 notes is inevitably going to be naff to you.

It's not called spam, it's a post. I'm hardly expecting to get a record contract out of posting it.

If you want to get down to technicalities, I know there are mistakes, I said there were. Regardless, call me arrogant if you like, I think it's a pretty good rendition. Wait a second, am I trying to debate with someone who thinks Paul Gilbert is rubbish! Hah, what a waste of time. There was me hoping you might have some constructive criticism...

He's such a tool though :( Should check the thread I linked.

There's about 6/7 of us telling him how arrogant and ignorant he is yet he just keeps going to a point where everyone gives up on him. He's a horrible contributor to OCUK.
 
If I don't like someone in real life, I keep away from them. Maybe that's what both of you should do on here.

But if you're as talented at something as Gustov is, I see no problem shouting about it.

What's the point in spending hour upon hour learning a talent only for it to be heard by you and your neighbours.

Whilst I appreciate you calling me talented, I can assure you, I'm nothing more than your run of the mill below average guitarist.

I posted it in here because (for the third time) it was a Queen themed night on the XFactor night tonight and I thought there might be some Queen fans who would be interested in watching my attempt of Brian May's fabulous solo.

Ah well, let's get back on track with the thread shall we.

But in gear thread pics and xfactor its lame...Its sad and ruins good threads.

I want to talk about xfactor not listen to him...it has nothing to do with this thread at all. On any level.

I tell you what? Ill get my HD camera out and post a video of me playing guitar when its rock week.....on xfactor?

Guess what? I have more self respect.
 
I think I'll just stick to watching the last 30 minutes of the results show from now on. It was 1.5 hours of total drivel tonight.

Plenty of people post their covers in the gear thread, get over yourself and get practicing.

Also, please learn to use commas and apostrophes. Not only does your guitar playing make me cringe, your grammar makes my eyes bleed.
