I read somewhere that she is constantly late and being told off by minders because she puts her fans first and spends an enormous amount of time with them.

Basically, when she was trying to make it big, in her early years, she would put all her life savings into her craft. For instance, she would not work any job that would not help her music career. She would also invest in promoting herself. She put everything on the line, just so that she could make it big in the music World.
In a nutshell, her philosophy would mean that she was penniless when she was trying to make it big.
Even after making it big, she still put everything (financially), into her music career/videos/concerts...which again left her bankrupt.

Don't worry, Turniphead told us we haven't got a clue about how X-Factor works and then says Kitty will go through wearing a banana costume.
He then says Micha is favourite when if he knows how it works, nobody has ever won who ended up in the bottom two and I'm pretty sure she's been there twice.

She would have been on Betfair. After she got eliminated in week 1, people offered 999-1 on her in the thinking that she was out of the contest.
Something like £85 has been bet on her at 999-1 on Betfair. Lots of cash at 500-1+ as well.

I don't know why they bother with the sing off at the end. The judges' minds are already made up. Kitty could have sang better than Mischa on Sunday and I would still have no doubt that they would have sent her home.
I also don't like how you have to vote for the person you want to stay. I would prefer to see people voting for the people they don't want to stay. As far as I can see that is the only reason Janet is still in there - she has the Irish vote.
