I like the charity single.
For me Craig and Marcus sound the best.
I hope that the JLS and 1D section at the end isn't on the official single as that was the worst part.

What this is saying, is that the X-Factor marketing team sat down and said "You know what, out of all the songs that have ever been recorded in the history of mankind, the one that most needs a dull and unimaginative note for note cover is 'Wishing on a star" by Rose Royce".

Out of every song EVER recorded, thats the one they thought "hmm, this completely dull song needs covering in exactly the same way as the original".

Baffling.

His part sounded good.
Nothing wrong with a little computer assistance, if it makes it sound better.

I'm assuming that they did a few demo recordings of different tracks. They then must've had a poll of which song sounds the best. I think they call them focus groups. The song which was liked the most, would've won.

It's not live, though. The songs sung on Saturday are the Live tracks which are voted on.

Sunday is more of a music entertainment show (much like Top of the Pops was, or the Album Show, is).

Also, people will buy the song on the strength of the studio recording...no a Live version.
