This thread is a testament to how badly reviews convey the reality of CPU performance for different requirements (and the not great state of CPUs currently where you can't just spend a load of money and get the best CPU all around possible unlike most of CPU history where the top tier CPU was usually best at everything).
We’ve never seen CPUs where gaming performance is a primary focus before. X3D parts are new product segment. There has always been trade offs, there has never been single best chip.
