Ooh, I hadn't noticed that. Thanks, I'll give it a go. I have a third destroyer now. Still two short of the five I was going to retry with, but if they've added a cooldown for hull repair, it might be a lot easier.

Edit: lol the station is still super tanky, and those turrets and defence drones hurt. Think I still need more ships.

Basically X3 merger with Rebirth. Still some work to do, but they are patching and building it quickly. A few strange decisions recently, but it is scratching my X3 itch and adds some nice touches. Plenty of help tutorials out there now too.
 
I finally had the last SETA part drop! I can now go afk with that running, and let my passive income roll in. Yay.

I would say so. It takes a while to get used to, but if you invest a little time into working out the *ahem* quirky interface and controls, it's pretty rewarding.

Expect Shift-W to be for running? LOL no. Double tap W to run, not rebindable. For some reason.
 
Just finished my arms factory. Must have cost nearly 150 million? Pumps out 30 million every few hours though. Aiming to put one in every core system like argon prime.

Smart chips have run out everywhere now instead of engine parts. Time to capitalise!
 
Was going to hold off on this until there was a few more patches, but such a big fan of the X series I couldn't resist anymore.

Only had time for a quick fly around, but pleasently suprised on how it runs on high settings.
Still playing through the tutorial, but any tips on how to make my millions?

Just watching a live stream & damn it does look good, i'm trying really hard to leave it be for a few months but the temptation is killing me, the price is a bit hard to swallow but given the 1000's of hours ive played other X games ( 3000 on X3:TC alone ) i can live with that.
