What games is everyone ordering? sorry if I've missed it, haven't followed this thread recently.

I've got the following on order..

Dead Rising
COD: Ghosts
Ryse

Although I'm not sure if I should also add NFS: Rivals (I do like arcade racers), and whether to swap COD for BF4? Hmmm

Swap COD for BF4 and Ryse for NFS. Ryse looks like an awful game with pretty graphics

Fair enough then. Honstly can't see any gaming forum "approving" leakers just to get hits. Or idolize CBOAT for getting half his predictions right.

BTW my sources, and I really, really shouldn't be telling you this, say that the XB1 GPU has been swapped for quadfire 780ti. MS haven't said anything as they still need to source new PSU's and liquid cooling.

Neogaf doesn't need to do anything to get hits, its already one of the biggest gaming forums on the internet. I've said it before and i'll say it again, its silly to dismiss rumours from certain people, they aren't random people claiming random things, they have leaked accurate info before just like CBOAT
 
none, apparently the world is going to end come the 22nd. I heard it on twitter from a guy who's cousin knows a dude who plays poker with the cousin of a fella. Anyway he knows a guy who works as a toilet cleaner at Microsoft's Redmond campus and apparently the Azur cloud is due to reach sentience and destroy everything.... FACT!

Of that doesn't happen my orders in for:

Dead Rising 3
Battlefield 4
Forza Bundle

THRUTHFACT: CBOAT is wrong just as often as he is right. Even if he is lead dev on the XB1 , he is unreliable.

And it's not just CBOAT, news filtering in from various sources along with MS being suspiciously quite (perhaps purposely quite aka we do not respond to rumours but I doubt it given the damage being done)

There is no smoke, there is a bunch of people claiming to have supersecrit sources claiming things that dont make sense (ie, the company that owns Skype cant get VOIP right)?

And especially with this new one, completely safe. If its buggy on release "oh em geee he was r1ght!!!!111eleventyone!". If it runs more or less fine (all software has quirks on release) "well obviously they fixed it". The OP of the rumour even says they may fix it in time .... well after spending half the post telling us how much trouble he can get in.
 
There's plenty of smoke, perhaps you just don't want to see it. It's not just a bunch of people like you are me, these are proven insiders with direct/indirect access to information vetted by mods and have to have two sources verifying claims before going live.

It was these same leakers that were pretty much bang on regarding hardware specs months before announcements so deserve a bit more respect than you are allowing. Is it gospel? Of coarse not.

No, there is no smoke. There is a bunch of people all saying they know someone that saw a fire, but no one actually coming out and saying they saw a fire.

So far, thanks to the rumours we know that the XB1 OS will be buggy, or it wont. While the PS4 will overheat, or it wont. It is literlary impossible to disprove these claims, as they are claiming things that can/will be fixed by launch. So even when they are (often) wrong, we cant call them out on it.

The winner of tonight's jackpot will be male...or female.
 
Yea, I'm sorry, buggy os from day one, I expect that from both, more so the XO, cause they have put all kinds into it, not just the gaming.

But to suddenly say the PSN is way out no in front of Live I just cannot believe.

I'm hoping some is keeping a list of all these sources, cause they are proved wrong they need to be banned from ever having an audience again.
 
This really is a pointless debate. No matter what a few people say will never be confirmed as fact unless MS release a statement or until we get our hands on the console in a few weeks. Lets wait till then and see what it's like.

If people are worried there is an easy solution. Cancel your order and wait to see what the early adopters say.
