Yes, the PS4 version looks so much better here, obviously.

The only thing this proves is that pausing an already compressed video to get a screencap will result in something that look awful.

I'd rather you just realised you're spouting nonsense, but I don't think there's any chance of that. I'll leave you alone now. You obviously have no interest in the Xbox One though, so why not head over to the PS4 thread to talk about how amazing BF4 looks? :)
 
So have we unanimously came to the conclusion that BF4 on Xbox One looks worse than COD4?

Exactly! Anyone who believes that a cap from a video is how the final game is going to look seriously needs their head looking at.

I think some PS4 fans are just a little upset that the PS4 version of BF4 isn't as miles ahead graphically as they thought it would. Why else would they carry on trying to convince us of how much worse the Xbox One version is, when the video evidence suggests that both versions look rather excellent.
 
I don't think I've ever laughed so hard after seeing that screen grab as evidence the X1 version looks worse haha he also conveniently crops the ps4 side off after realising that they both look horrible :)
may as well take a picture with my phone and post that :P

Why are you bringing me into this? I never mentioned BF looking worse than COD, in fact I haven't mentioned COD in here at all today.

(for the record I think COD looks crap on every console and battlefield looks miles better)

If you call it as you see it I think you need your eyes checking before watching the videos again. Surely anyone with decent vision will watch the video and see how similar both versions look.
 
Whether you like high contrast or FXAA or not is subjective but it needs to be appreciated computationally the Xbox is doing far less than Sony machine.

50% less Pixels.
No FXAA (Like or not its computationally expensive.)
Shadows missing.
Etc
Etc

Not a good start for MS's machine.

We need someone who knows what he is doing like Anand to paint the proper picture. I may be coming off as a Sony fanboy at this point but 6 months ago I'd decided to go Xbox as thats where my pals were as long as it was a close enough match up.

This is nowhere near. I've bought enough PC hardware in my time to know I'll never be happy.

Having a pre-order doesnt make your comments in this thread about BF4 any less pathetic than they already are with your umpteen comparison videos\stills that show very little difference between both systems.

Ahh now there's your problem and your bias, I never mentioned anything about the PS4 multiplayer looking better. You automatically assumed by me referring to the Xbox multilayer looking like crap from the 1080p screen grab, to me insinuating the PS4 version would be or is so much better. I never said that and didn't mention it because this is a Xbox thread. Its looks like crap in that IGN video, what more can I say.

Yes, the PS4 is definitely doing more computationally, no-one can argue with that. No-one can argue that the 2 versions don't like pretty damn good, and pretty damn similar as well.

Oh, and it's not 50% less pixels, it's more like 36% less pixels.
