Xbox Scorpio

Accept for Anthem I didn't see anything that looked better graphically than Wipeout Omega, I'd say the PS4 Pro is a very capable machine :)

We are not even seeing the true quality of the graphics how can we from a highly compressed stream:p

Some PS4 Pro games look amazing on my 4K tv i cant wait to see how they look on XBOX X :)

i think as Microsoft "Play Anywhere" becomes the norm for more 3rd party titles an XBox will make increasing sense for PC gamers to compliment the PC when you want to play your games from the couch on the TV without having to re buy them.

Yeah it's a very smart strategy on Microsoft's part, they really just need to focus on making the prices competitive in the store and the whole experience smoother. Once that's done they'll be onto a winner.

Don't really care for exclusives tbh still enjoy the games that are out for the Xbox even though they also on the PS4 & PC.
I'll be getting the Xbox One X for Christmas from the Wife as she be then, as I have a Samsung 4K HDR TV and giving my Elite to my Niece minus the pad of course she just get a standard pad. :p

£449 is slightly better, only £20 more than XO at launch

When you can buy two xbox one S (three if second hand!) plus some change for that kind of money it doesn't seem great value, or considering ps4 Pro is sub £350 with a good offer.

Hopefully they put some offers out in the UK otherwise it may struggle on the uptake. I'll probably buy it anyways :o.

Lack of exclusives might get overseen if the multi platform games play better on the Xbox One X.

They should do but i have a feeling some developer's might get abit lazy and just add same graphics quality as what you get on a PS4 Pro.

Not sure looking at it from how many xbox s's you can buy for £450 is the way to look at it and is a very poor way of measuring it. If your in the market for a 4K console, your not buying xbox s or Ps4....... There is only 2 you can compare, PS4 Pro vs Xbox X which to be fair you have but you need to take it further.

So the real question should be is Xbox X worth £100 more than a PS4 Pro, spec wise yes it is, I might be wrong but i don't believe there is any AAA new titles on PS4 pro that are true 4k, they all seems to be 1080p - 1440p, up-scaled.

Not only did Xbox show games running true 4K, with Forza it was also 4k textures, 4k assets at 60FPS. I would need at least a £500 GPU for my PC to do that, so for many its a great all in one box. Are the games worth it well that's up to each of us to make that choice but they did show 22 titles that will not appear on PS4, so if you only have a console that could swing it for you.

I was thinking no more than £400 so disappointed. Exclusives are limited but as people rightly state multiplat should be good.

If I was Sony, I'd be adding to MS woes with some great Pro packages in October...through to Christmas.

After the initial sell out I can see a price war in early 2018....

I was interested but a bit too pricey imo. Think I'll just pick up an Xbox controller for the PC (or maybe a s/h S to last til the next gen).

Your feeling on this, is where lots of people stand, as i do. In an effort to make everyone happy MS have play anywhere, which brings lots of xbox titles to PC which is great for us gamer's. However those with a v.good 1070 to great 1080ti PC rig's, are not going to buy an XBOX X, which hurts sales of the console.

Xbox X does bring more positive news for PC gamer's as any use of increased textures and asset's in XBOX X games are likely to be used on the PC version giving us a great visual experience as well
