I'm FUMING, I placed order successfully at Cuzzas , got an order acknowledgment but speaking to live chat they say it's been cancelled DESPITE more coming in stock AFTER I ordered.

Nom the confirmation email took ages to come through, so I spoke to them and said problem with payment method, then I seen the confirmation email and spoke to them again, and they said it's cancelled and I[ll get refund 3-5 working days.
They said I should speak to bank and cancel pre-auth on the first chat, but it was paypal I used.

it's a joke. I thought brilliant, my tv stand comes tomorrow I'll get it all set up and XBOX conveniently in place at the same time, but no!
I've bought a Series X to replace the one I sold two or three months ago and am hoping to do the 'convert Live Gold into Games Pass Ultimate' thing. My GPU subscription is lapsed but when I sign into the console, I only get an option to pay £10.99 for GPU, rather than paying a quid.
If I buy a couple of years worth of Gold, will it still update to GPU, just for a payment of £10.99 instead of £1? Or will it all go horribly wrong and convert at a 4:1 ratio or something similar?

In theory, £1 only applies when you never had GPU on your account before, so it should be £10.99 to convert. In theory.

Was in same situation last Friday, bought 3 years of Live Gold, got option to pay £10.99 for GPU...paid this and all 3 Years Live Gold converted to GPU. All sorted now until 2024. Cheers

Hard to beat GPU for value.
Was going to try the cheaper Brazil Live Gold + vpn but played safe.

Not sure if it's already been mentioned but MS have reduced the EA 12 month pass conversion from 4 months to 2 months GPU, shame as it was one of the cheaper way to extend existing memberships.
Argh, I have 2 that I was waiting to use.
Had my series x for a week. Picked it up brand new from very last week. Been away for a few days so not had much time to play on it. Having a few niggles though
1. Playing COD Black Ops. I seem to be able to load any map or gametupe fine, but if I try and play nuketown 24/7 the map starts to load them crashes and my xbox reboots.
2. Downloaded The Medium to try from GP. Start the game up, I get the first studio splash screen and my xbox reboots.
All other games I have tried to far seem to work fine, both Series X versions and xbox one games.
Anyone heard of anything similar happening? Have tried multiple restarts and power cycles. Dreading having to try and re download games on my 60Mb connection especially cod!
