I think i am going to have to invest in a joystick to play Flight Sim. Already have a Keyboard and House...what stick do people normally use?

It looks like there is going to be limited compatability on Xbox with some "Xbox" versions of popular controllers; I've got a Thurstmaster Warthog Stick and Throttle but it doesn't look like thats compatible

I'm kinda hoping that we'll be able to use a joystick/throttle like on PC; if they confirmed that I'd seriously consider ditching my gaming PC; I'm playing almost everything on the Series X anyway
I used to be massively into Flight sim back in the Days of 2004 version, pc with my flight sim going then Xbox 360 playing something with a few beers back in my teens at my Mums. But now I have my own house I just don’t have space for a pc anymore. Spare bedrooms are guest bedroom and box room is a walk in wardrobe so no room.

Guest/gaming room.

Aka Gaming room with a sleeping bag.

Just a heads up. There's a bunch of games announced last night for Game Pass that are available for preloading now through the phone app. I've just been on there and noticed a section for them under the main banner. Forza Horizons 5 is on there. It's only 280MB so it's a placeholder but if you get it on now, your console will just download it over the next few weeks ready for launch!

Ooh ooh, Flight Simulator has just shown up as a pre-install option on my Xbox Dashboard as well. It wasn't in the list on the app when I checked for it earlier. Installing that now!

Keyboard and mouse support is down to the developers. Microsoft support it at a system level so not their fault if a developer chooses not to implement it in a title.
