Any idea why I can't bid on players, despite me having plenty of funds? Does it mean the current bids have gone over my limit?

I have £4m funds..and use the "affordable only" option. This is annoying now!

buying players is REALLY ****in annoying in this game....

you offer silly amounts and hardly ever win a bid... I've finally bought a player after 2 weeks of offers. GRR
