Xpert Eleven - Online Football Management Game

Getting really annoyed with this. Just can't sign anyone at all. Trying to get some class players in since I've not managed to spend money for ages, yet every offer is unsuccessful.

It can be very frustrating signing players! Here's a tip, say if the player is up for 2 mil and u really want him, bid 5 mil. If your the highest bidder you won't necessarily pay 5 mil just the next step up from the 2nd highest bid. It'll work in the end!

Yip. I bid £3m for a goalie that ended up costing me £2m on Friday.

Bid £500,000-£1m more than the average selling price and you'll usually get the player.

I pretty much always bid upwards of £700,000 over what they are listed for. I've gone over a million in some cases and had no luck. So stupid.
 
YES!! 1-1 draw with Teapot in the 1st leg of the semi final AWAY from home!!

No way are you gonna crack me at home bud :) bring on the final! woot woot!
 
Completely forgot to do my team tonight :(, i only had 2 subs lol. Should be able to turn it around in the second leg though.

Awesome 5:3 away win from me against the LOLCATS!

Was 0:0 at half-time, LOLCATS fought back from 3:1 down only to be sunk by two injury time goals.

Only a three goal loss in the home leg stands between the mighty FC Cobbled Together and a place in the final :D

The listed price is always waaaaaay below the average selling price.

Go by the average selling price and add upto £1m on top of it to be safe.

lol hehe fighting talk.. it's got to be the most anticipated game of the season this semi-final... I've been dying to get a shot at the Teapot after hearing all these storied about molesting Division 2.... should be one mega 2nd leg!!

Gene Bruce's recent goal has been voted 'Goal of the Month' by Alan Shearer on 'Match of the Day'! As a result, Gene Bruce's form goes through the roof! You will have to warn him not to keep harping on about it though as it may upset the form in the rest of the team if they end up jealous or resentful of the success! It was a wonderful side-winding, overhead bicycle kick though!
