Nice those stats are really handy, someone post the rest of them! 
I got a decent stat change, a lot of my youngsters didnt improve as much as i had hoped for though

That's what I was thinking? No offense to the other managers but no one has come near Clippers achievements in the 3 seasons its been running.

The manager stats are based on making the 'right' tactical decisions before each game rather than how much success your team has had. What is 'right' and 'wrong' is very subjective and even in the xpert leagues it's possible to score a lot of manager points whilst doing badly and conversely you can win things without managing in what the system considers the 'right' way.
Having said that looking at your squad you've taken a short term approach to the game and have spent considerable sums on quite old players. Whilst this has given you a good team now and has allowed immediate success it's unsustainable and you have done no real team building. In the next few seasons your team is likely to fade away as players start to get too old to maintain good form and get skill increases then they'll retire and you'll have neither the funds or the youth to replace them fast enough.

Doing press releases for your xpert league team and logging in every day will increase your Xpert rating which consequently allows you to join more leagues. Manager skill is purely based on your match tactics and team/formation selection.

I have just realised I am in Div 1 despite only coming 3rd in Div 2 last season
