Did you actually review or use any other fans in the system? And what about the top fan? Have you or are you using it ?

I ran stock Lian Li fans, a set of ADDA ones taken from PC7's, Akasa Ambers, YS Tech own brand fans FD1238 and the Acoutsifan Dustproofs all round. Also used a 80mm Acoustifan clear one.

The top fan is installed at the moment but not turned on as it does nothing for my rig. Only used the fans I had lying about really.

I just like the 7v Ambers in the S80, I get along with them well personally.

The fans was the main reason for the delay of my final thoughts.

I know people make fun of pcpro but i needed some advice on fans so i just purchased what they recommended ! Hoping to get noise down to a minimum...

Last question how did you get the volts down to 7? Do you go through mobo/speedfan or controller / wire reducer?
