I’ve just had my first Chums catalogue through the door. Definitely a sign that I’m now considered too old and decrepit to even put a belt on. It was accompanied by leaflets for bath lifts, mobility scooters and Wiltshire farm foods :(

I've been having them for a couple of years, it's not good is it?

Recently I'm noticing more aches and pains I don't know the cause of, more hair in places I don't want it, age spots and skin tags.

You consider 90's music to be, well, maybe not current exactly but withing touching distance of being of the time because your daughter has TikTok playing these up to date songs but then you realise it is a nostalgic playlist and the 90's was in a different century :(

My son and daughter were forced to listen to 70's and 80's music and hated it but guess what they enjoy along with their 90's music?

I have just got my first pair of varifocals and I have got say they are a revelation.
My first pair where on the cheaper side and were terrible, limited vision, made it feel like the whole room was swaying just turning my head. This pair I've had none of that, just looking at small writing(phone) can sort of run into each other.

Mine were £600 but my left eye is really weak so he said he would only do 1 varifocal lens for my better eye. If it had been 2 lenses it would have been another £200.
Not cheap but on a cost per wear rate its less than a pound a day if they last 2 years.
