Since you seem at least somewhat willing to engage, I will also ask you the same question I asked of m@rty...

Do you really want to risk your life for a disagreement over queue(s) for the till(s) in a supermarket?

Because ultimately, that is what we're talking about here.

Maybe not this time, or even next time, but when people intentionally escalate a situation they are "going looking for trouble" and the more often you go looking for trouble, sooner or later it will find you.

These days, that can often mean when it does find you, it's carrying a blade.
