Your bad driving encounters

One thing about last night’s flooded roads. Saw a couple of drivers thinking it was a good idea to drive on the pavement. Only to find barriers at the junction by the next side road. So they had to reverse and other drivers had to let them in. That caused even longer queues

This cracks me up frequently.
There's about 3 signs leading up to this bridge warning about it's height. There's new damage every month or so.

They put that bar in about 5 years ago, because every time a lorry struck the bridge it disrupted the London - Cambridge line whilst they surveyed the damage. Now they just wang a massive RSJ :D

Seen a few good? ones recently, apparently the mirror, signal bit of mum doesn't get used anymore and it's a case of let's just change lane and **** everyone else. I also had s guy start pulling ingredients on to the roundabout infron of mile from the next junction when I was almost there  . I am seeing a good 4 or 5 bad/dangerous habits on my commute each way, the standards are just shocking from some people.

Wha? Ingredients? Mum?

There's a bridge like that on the A5 in Hinckley that regularly gets hit by trucks,

I was that annoyed :p .

I'm not sure what's up with the autocorrect on my phone.

Seeing a lot more people (mostly older) doing 40-45 on a dual-carriageway pulling into lane 2 because they are taking one of the exits to the right on an upcoming roundabout like a mile early and just sitting there causing a problem :(

Not really bad driving but on my way to work today following a bus (their rear indicators working this time LOL) as we were approaching a stop, with the bus still in the road I thought I'd be clever, as I couldn't see around it to see if it was clear to pull out, and let a van driver out from the junction on the right just before the bus stop as they'd have a view of what was coming the other way so if it was clear I could follow on after them - they were in such a hurry to get out plus thanking me they nearly went into the back of the bus ooops.

Are women the most aggressive drivers now? If there’s someone glued to my boot lid 99% of the time it’s a woman, the other 1% a boy racer.

Had two women doing it this morning, I was travelling at the speed limit. One in a Q3 nearly went into me on a roundabout. Put my foot down off the exit and she couldn’t keep up so assume it was the base model (I haven’t got a fast car).

It's the curse of being an suv/crossover driver, apparently being a knob is a requirement :p.

idiot boy racer on wrong side of the road hit me on Thus morning going to work. This is in a 30 mph zone. He drove off once he regained control of his car. Any help getting his number plate greatly appreciated please. Turns out the in built cameras on a bmw are all **** for getting number plates off. Was better off with the 3rd party dashcam in my old car tbh.

Too blurry for me even at 0.25x playback speed to see the plate. Did you report it to the police anyway?

Not yet, was going to try and get a reg number first but will have to give up on that idea and just report it anyway today. sadly the BMW built in cameras only record at 1280 x 960 and 15fps which makes number plate recovery nearly impossible unless you are on CSI Las Vegas.

Might not help but it might also be his commute route. You could go another day about an hour earlier and wait.

There must be some CSI types that can get a plate from the screengrab @12 seconds ish.
