Your favourite chilli sauce is?

One of my favourites that I'll always have at least 2 bottles in the kitchen and also an amazing feel good story.
The guy has an incredible work ethic. I normally don't do sauces so when I visited San Fran in Feb 2020 just before lockdown kicked in, my aunt gave me some of that stuff and it blew me away. Ended up taking 10 bottles back home with me and the SFO security weren't too fussed given covid was fast hitting the states at the time.

Recommended this by a friend recently, plus the guy is local. hands down the best sauce I have had in ages. Seems to go well with everything, which is a surprise considering the ingredients.

His Old Louis' and Mangonero sauces are pretty amazing as well.

The extra garlic flying goose is my favourite at the moment. Not so much spicy… but, the extra garlic is fantastic. Really nice stuff. Not too keen for n the coconut and ginger versions.

The green flying goose is also great. But extra garlic tops it for me.

This is one of may all time faves - could almost just drink it straight out of the bottle hahah!

Saw some Thai Dragon Siracha sauce in my local tesco nice price £1.99 455ml and prefer it over the Flying Goose tastes a hotter /cleaner no after taste . With these Siracha sauce I just use exclusively as a dip for my tuna and cheese salad wraps yum. I see these sauces as a Spicy ketchup and would not personally find a use for these in cooking recipes.

Yeh I generally use fresh chopped chilli or chilli flakes if I'm 'cooking', pre made sauce as you say for dips, drizling on burgers, pizza etc. Mac 'n' cheese is nice with a bit of hot sauce mixed in.
