Indeed.
There used to be about 25+ swans that lived around my uni halls (or vice versa, the halls were built next to the river/park) and a couple of times they ventured up onto the road into uni and just strolled along in the middle of the road...
I just had to walk past it like it was a normal person.
The thing was about 5 foot tall!
I also got woken up one morning, after leaving my window open, when a dude was literally wrestling with one of the beasts...to try and tag it or something.
Some scary stuff. :/
