Razr is a phone that's (apparently) quite common so not likely to be stolen :p

Yeah, they're pretty common these days. Mine's a pretty old version of it - pre video recording (only playback). :(

Unfortunately for me they've become associated with chavettes because there's a pink version that looks horrible/chavish.

Phone - Was £150 when I bought it, probably £80 now
iPod - £150 or so
Glasses - £240, but no one is really going to steal those

brand new these things are worth that, the things you own and wear are now second hand things which makes them cheaper and stuff like clothes worthless.

To a street robber a mobile is worth about £30 worth of gear, an i-pod maybe a little more. If you get mugged for your i-pod and brand new top of the line phone the robber (999 times out of a 1000 a drug user) will get high on the proceeds a couple of times.

Robbers are more likely to target someone they can get away with robbing rather than someone who's carrying expensive stuff.

Only time they'll target you for the value of what you are carrying is when they've followed you from a bank (or to a bank if they know you're carrying cash) or a cashpoint

Unless they're one of those pesky vision thieves, becoming far too common around these parts.

if your mugged though whats to stop them taking a liking to your nice flashy jacket or trainers for themselfs

About £30, in cash. I live in Glasgow and there's no way I'm walking about places like Yoker with £200 iPods or expensive mobile phones.

For a normal day,

Clothes - £100~
Phone - £100

Wallet - £50 + (cards + underground pass)
Shoes - £120

Jacket - £200
Mp3 player - £100
Glasses - £50
Watch - £100

= 820. Argh that really is a lot when you think about it. I hope I never get mugged of my clothes :p :(

Clothes - £50 max
Shoes/Trainers - £30
Watch - don't generally wear
Mobile phone - £100?
MP3 player - nope
Wallet - a stack of cards including company cards but all chip and pin. Never more than £50 in cash unless for a specific reason. Drivers license might be worth something if you look like me :p.

Hardly worth your time mugging me ;).

Are we going on what it cost new? if so:

Ipod: £200
Phone: £100
Cash: £10-300 (depends)
Glasses: £125
Clothes: Anything up to about £200

£925 max

For me it's usually:

Clothes: £30.

Wallet: £10.

Phone: Erikson T610, worth..nothing because the microphone is broken :p

Do I win? :D
