Your thoughts on Alex Jones(American radio host)

There is good and bad points from everything and everyone in life. Just because they say one bad thing or something stupid, doesn't mean you should automatically ignore every point they make or anything they say in the future.

I am sorry, anyone who claims the White House is run by lizards from space is a wack job, and I question those "average" viewers who believes it too.
his average viewer. you know as in the people who generally believe all sorts of rubbish.

and how does being an actor make him crazy.
The crazies are the people who follow and believe him.

Pros and cons etc.

I get the impression most in here regard him as a shock jock and a complete phony(completely self interested etc), personally I am a bit split. Certainly he is a very researched and knowledgeable man and a lot of what he says could make a lot of sense. What do you think?

Lunatic who thinks everything is a conspiracy and Iirc when taken to court over what he said claimed it was all "performance art".

Maybe the Lizard people finally got to him :o

Alex Jones is a tool of the government and letter agencies to make conspiracy theorists who get too close to the truth look like idiots.

On another note.

That's actually a valid concern. If you remove the conspiracy part and forget whether anyone is controlling him or anything; lets just look at the effect of him. And you are right it he does have this effect.

He uses people's legitimate concerns, to sell views and magic pills. And in the process he has become the face of conspiracy.

He's made me laugh out loud a few times so I'll give him that, add to that he labels anyone liberal as a cuckold

I'm not sure he is crazy or he's actually very intelligent and found out that he can make a lot of money from this so he kept taking it further.

I believe he started off with 'some' credibility as he was very anti government but quickly grew into a conspiracy nut. He announced on lice radio that Russia had launched nukes on the eve of the millennium and just called the victims in Manchester "trendy liberals".

Is there any actual solid evidence that it's all just an act? Honestly I find it very hard to believe it's entirely an act. Him saying it's just a character in a custody battle over his children where his wife is accusing him of being mentally unstable and therefore an unfit father doesn't quite cut it as convincing evidence for me.

he is just selling a brand, he will say anything to get you to buy product, it started with him being the product, then dvd's, the subs to his internet tv show, and these days its anything he can skim a commission off

He's just playing a character.

When does it go beyond 'just a character' though? Where is the line drawn? When a dead DNC staffer's parents had to threaten to sue to stop him being used for ratings?

By the way it isn't a 'character' he has literally just lost custody of his children because of it, his opinions are real and genuine. There has to be zero tolerance for people like him, a civilized western society has no time and place for him.

He is playing a character and is worthless. His character is probably born from some of his own core values but heavily exaggerated to reel in idiots who feel disenfranchised by the current media who are not stupid enough to suggest lizard people did xxx and such. i feel sorry for the fools that buy his crap.

When I was 16 and just got the Internet I thought he was fantastic and the stuff he was saying seemed to hit the nail on the head as far as I was concerned. Now I'm a bit older I can see that he operates under the policy of throwing enough poo at the wall until some of it sticks. He's just an actor and his relentless plugging of infwars life simply reinforces that.

He's living the American dream though, flogging his wares and getting rich. Yee-haw!

I don't get why people call conspiracy theorists, nutters. The real nutters are the people who don't think for themselves and blindly believe all the bullcrap that comes from the establishment, and that's everybody but conspiracy theorists.

Alex Jones is a critical thinker, or at least he used to be, these days he is just an entertainer.
