Your next challenge is to get a gooey chocolate blob in the centre to ouse out or reward the eater as they dig down.
Only way I think I could see this working is to create a chilled spoonful that then melts whilst the stuff around it has solidified.
I had lots of gooey chocolate bits where I had added squares of plain chocolate. So you could just stick three or so squares all next to eachother in the middle and that would work.
But they would sink!
if you have marginally less liquid in the mix, and mix properly, you'll get a stronger mixture, and suspending the choclate pieces wouldn't be such a problem
Failing that, ig you know they will sink, place them higher in the suspension.. that way they will sink TO the middle, as opposed to FROM
