YouTube Premium

Just renewed my Premium via Algeria as per a few other posts, £4.85/m.

Used my Starling, put in a random address, took about 1 minute. Anyone signing up to the UK full price is just gifting money away.

£4.74 per month via https://go5050.co.uk/. I just couldn’t stomach the £16.99 for more than a month.

Website is abit scrappy but was all setup with an hour.

May look into Spotify for same amount as adding a simple playlist or album on TY Music Library is terrible on Tesla, you have to “like it” or something, so car doesn’t “see” them until I do or add individual tracks to a custom playlist.

Can some one please post a guide or something? I've tried a VPN - but it picks up the island.

I did it on my phone as it was a lot easier, also use a half decent VPN as some of them dont work properly.

1. Download express VPN.
2. Download brave browser.
3. Set VPN to Algeria.
4. Open brave browser and go search for youtube premium.
5. Sign up to individial or family (Roughly £4.80 individial and £9ish for family)
6. Use booking.com to find a random address, I just used a Hotel address.
7. Enter card details. I used my Monzo account.
8. Done.

It pretty much took 5 mins to do everything.

Reason I used brave browser is because opening any link on chrome would open up the youtube app and it wouldn't work as it would default to uk pricing.

Hope that helps.

My Indian subscription got cancelled a few days ago and renewed via the Turkey Apple voucher method.

Worked out about £3.90 per month for family. Will need to purchase another voucher in 10 months time to top up but I’m ok with that.

I seem to of had some success, following the guide above , using brave browser, through Algeria, and I signed up to Revolute this morning to pay using a virtual card.

The sub seems to have gone through to my Google account, for a free month and then £4.83 (not sure on any transaction fees yet).

See how long Google likes that :D

I just need to set up a DD to add funds to the Revolute.

Cheers! Ah, I guess the kicker is, that you need to create a new account but can't attach it to your existing one.

Just tried the Algeria method which worked as my sub ran out yesterday. The Ukrainian one was cheaper at roughly £1.80 a month but can't complain with £4.86 a month in Algeria.

Managed a year in Ukraine. Let's see how long it will last in Algeria....

I was having the same problem so must be an issue with the Windscribe IP addresses. Poland Warsaw works so I've just renewed at £5.05 per month.
Poland isn't one of the free ones so I can't use that. No more youtube for me for a while(1 minute ads for 12 minutes of content)

My premium subscription expired yesterday. I'd already moved to Brave browser on my PC/laptop and that seems to be working fine, and I use SmartTube on the Firestick for watching Youtube on TV, so no problems there.

That only left my phone, but as per suggestions earlier in this thread, ReVanced is still available, albeit you might need to jump through a few hoops to get it set up. But I've just managed to install it again on my phone using this guide - https://www.reddit.com/r/revancedapp/comments/159zbb6/guide_youtube_revanced/

So far, all good....it's working as though I still have a premium subscription, no ads, still allows PiP (which I find pretty handy sometimes), and it also includes SponsporBlock as well (which I don't remember being part of Vanced when I used it several years ago).
