You thought that was frustrating. Wait until you find the shrine....
which is like a mini golf course aka pitch and putt. And the over sized golf club is controlled with motion controls. Oooohhhh boy. (Only 2 holes, but still![]()
Shameful I know, but I did the same for a couple myselfI had to YouTube a couple of them because I was just stuck for too long.

Yea, once you kill one, you get the confidence and then the rest suddenly don't seem so hardAlthough I have to say I am not afraid of the test of strength anymore, don't even hold back, it's all out assault on the thing. Freeze arrow, move in and charge attack, rinse and repeat and the last challenge I beat before it got off a single round of laser.
Have you completed the game too?I can't remember ! Lol. I was just so happy to have completed that shrine and got it out the way !
Not much of a spoiler for me, that is how I killed my first hinox pretty much. It was when I still had 3 hearts so had to be done
Speak of the devil, I was at that island just yesterday. It was the last thing I did before I went to bed. I was doing okay and did actually hear the sound of a Hinox sleeping and considered that it would be overkill to have one there. I actually got killed whilst trying to float an orb over to the orb hole raised up to the north. A storm started and the lightning one shot me with 7 or so hearts. I wasn't even holding anything metal, just a Boko spear.
I'll try it again today. But I'm not sure how to stave off the lightning with no thunder resist elixirs. Also cheers to the folks on here, I braved myself to try the minor combat trial again and it honestly wasn't to bad. It's like a mini-boss with patterns that allow you to hit it sometimes. The pillars in the room were the key to the first half of the fight, you could use them to stun the guardian and then move in for some hits.
I'm still a lot far behind everyone else though by the sounds of it. I missed out on the first weekend due to my copy arriving the Monday due to Amazon issues.
Question about divine beasts, I did the first one:
I did Ruta, question, now I have the blessing to revive me, I used it once and it doesn't seem to be charging in the hour after I played once I got that. Will it replenish over time? Why in some videos do I see a x2 next to other icons for blessings? When should I hunt out the master sword as well?
Yes the Ruta ability recovers over time, but it's slower than the other abilities. The x2 and x3 next to the others is because they're usable multiple times before they have to recharge. Master Sword = as soon as you've got 13 hearts imo.
Funny thing is I did the island only last night. Even though I have about 15 hearts now and a full extra stamina wheel. It was fun. As you could not save I did not want to chance it with the hinox, took a while but I killed him with bombs.
I have yet to go collect the Master sword, but I think I will do it now. Just had too many nice weapons to enjoy so was not in a rush
Got one DB left to do now. Done a bunch of side quests so I will grab the sword and go do the last DB next I think
By the why, that flying DB was **** easy compared to others I found. Even the boss. Did not die once fighting him.
I'm tempted to buy a Switch for the Zelda title. Here's the question: Is the game worth buying the console for?
13 perm hearts I assume? I use a lot of heart boosting recipes. If so, I'm a ways off! Only got 7 hearts haha
Taking this to bed is dangerous when your working in the morning
Got my first horse last night , named him Alfred.
Quickly becoming my favourite open world game I've ever played , the scale is mind boggling !
