@Nightime and you would say you are fully stable?

I'm gonna try your values as my ram can do 3800MHz easy but my FCLK is unable to go above 1800MHz.
My RAM is stable since I can run stress test for 2hrs and pass without errors. Games crash rarely however and I am sure its because of IF. I just don't want to push the voltages higher without knowing if they are safe. I kicked it down to 3733Mhz and 1866 FCLK yesterday to keep it stable for now until I gather more info.

full ek custom water loop (360mm pe and se rads)
palit rtx 2080 ti under water
samsung 850 evo m.2 ssd (250gb) x1
samsung 860 evo ssd (1tb) x 2
lian li pc o11 dynamic case
corsair hx 1kw psu with custom cable mod cables

new system

amd ryzen 9 3900x (4.35ghz manual oc at 1.285v smt enabled)
asus maximus formula viii x570 mobo
32gb dominator platinum rgb (4*8gb sticks) 3600mhz speed @ (16,18,18,36 1t)
full ek custom water loop (360mm pe and se rads, plus mobo vrm's)

noticed a fair boost in games compared to my old system, plus power draw is around 200w less so i grabed my old 850w platinum unit i had lying around, a bit kinder to the plannet :)

Got my memory running at 3600 14-15-14-28-1T now. I don't think I need to push much further, gained some R20 points at least :D 66.6ns latency.

volts?

I fired up Aida 64 and at 3600MHz CL16 I am getting 70ns latency.

The Ryzen calculator recommends me tighter timings for 3600MHz but at the cost of 1.45v.

Ok so for every one who doesn't know what their doing this is a combo of what I've learnt and all of it is either official AMD recommendations or stock settings for components.

AMD recommend you start with 1.1v on the SOC and VDDG if you are overclocking your ram.

If you have the 8 pack ram then the 3200MHz stuff will do 3600MHz easy.

No need to up the dram voltage keep it at 1.35v just put your timings in 16 16 16 16 36 and set the FCLK to 1800MHz.

You should be good to go.

---

Oh... with mine it won't boot at this speed so I have to go up the speed slowly. Start at 2400 , reboot 2800, etc etc until you get to target 3600MHz.

Had a bit more of tinker with my 3700X. They do run hot if you overclock. 4.1 all core in CB R20 hitting about 75C. 4916 score though which isn't bad. I wonder if improvements could be made with my EK Phoenix to improve the cooling?

They really all seem to be about the same temp, got mine on a 2x360 loop with a 2080ti and it idles are about 35 and on CB R20 it still gets to about 75.

Anyway, took apart my previous loop and updated with 3900x. Forgot how time consuming it is... A Whole day... Don't mind the colours, i havent configured anything yet.

Nice setup, hardline explains the full day :) Maybe my cooling is fine then.

I'm close to scrapping custom loop and just getting a nice AIO and one of those EVGA hybrid kits for the GPU.
I'm going to update to a 3950x when it comes out so I need to take it apart again. *sniff.

I get 520 points on single core and 5066 multi running C20. I tried all core OC and got 5345 points, and 534 single core. In my opinion its better to leave then as it is since now they seem to work better with the new chipset driver.
