Whats that Munchausen illness? People needing to be the centre of publicity - No matter the cost. - Visiting the f-in Pope and the fact that Mr Mc. has got a blog says it all for me.

Is there not also the rumer that they drugged their children so they could go out that night?

Indeed on occasions, heard it off a number of people could be the tabloids but with the next door neighbor saying they've heard the children crying for them when they are not there and having knowledge of 'drugging' their kids its plausible. Gave the little girl too much didn’t wake up - dump the body when coast is clear.


Also is it true she came running down initially saying "They've taken her, they've taken her" ?

yes it´s on the police reports
and for that they ( police)became a little puzzled, because that´s a strange thingh to say

and at first,the police are thinkhing the McCans have some kind of problems with somebody( back in England) and the abduction/ kidnaped have somethingh to doo with some kind of vengeance or somethingh like that

If anything it is only at best likely to contain circumstantial evidence. If there was anything that clearly incriminated them surely they would have destroyed it.

Take the transcripts from the "meetings" and formal interview with the police and cross reference with the diary to check for inconsistencies in dates, people they've met, locations etc. They might be looking for clues way before the disappearance. You've gotta think side-ways to catch the killer ;)
