Getting quite a few firm interests in this now. Just for reference the cut off date for deposits will be 20th of october, this is just to ensure we have enough folk. If we have less than the required number (about 10 users or 8 rooms) confirmed on that date it will be cancelled (deposits refunded naturally). However i'm positive it will happen as i already have enough pretty positive sounding people for it to go ahead.

Damn bad luck and timing.

I have a training course in London from the 5th - 9th so I won't be leaving that until 16:30, it will no doubt take me at least 2 hours to get home on a Friday afternoon. Packed ready to go by 8. Wales by midnight (at the earliest) with missus and baby in tow (unless I can get some grandparents to take care of the baby).

I just cant see it happening

yeah Krono if you could swing it theres no prob arriving late friday if you want, bar is open till 5am and im hoping it'll be a very 'through-the-night' affair, ive geared all mealtimes aroiund getting up at ellevenish and eating dinner about 10pm drinking on till the wee hours.

I'll talk to the boss and then the accountant, then the grandparents.

If I get 3 green lights then I can bring 2 360's, 3 controllers (one wired) 1 plug and play charge kit, 1 quick charge kit, several headsets, 2 wired routers, 1 wireless router, a few 2-3m network cables, a 20" TFT monitor, a mini hifi (as speakers) and a whole load of ownage

Edit 1:
And we would be coming through Bristol, so we could even bring Kreeeee and what ever junk he has if it will fit in the car.

The boss said she will think about it and if we do go and if Kreeeee wants a lift from us then he will have to do some serious sucking up to Miss K and send her flowers for her birthday. That last sentence had way too many ands in it.

200 miles for me from cambridge to cardiff. Might be a tad far, have to think it over an look at the route and days of my shift.

Or is that 150 miles if you drive and 215 if she does

A mate and I are defo up for it but we're stuck on the issue with transport... we'll have to try and rope someone with a car to come along too...

Anyone driving by or live close to Portsmouth (or Guildford?) and heading up?

Krono that kit would be a huge hand m8 and itd be great if you could make it. Fingers crossed on the green lights

remember to remind any decision makers that its likely to be a 50/50 social/gaming split, its not gonna be too hardcore, mostly just drunken guitar hero 3 duels!
