I never really like collectors edition unless i LOVE the game, i only ever bought GTA collectors Edition before

but i so god dam want this one :(

NEED TO BUY COLLECTORS :( anybody want to buy second hand copy? :P or maybe even an unopend copy from my collectors? :P

that is if i do buy the collectors :) gota check out how much it is and what i get ;)
 
anyone had texture.bsf/bsa and others or something error when installing the game ?

well got it working man in fallout 2 and 1 u had much more points to choose for your str perception etc etc then in this one
 
Well this game is great.

Only dislike: Game stopps when you complete the main quest...

Lvl20 CAP!!

I'm collecting (trying to) all the bobble heads now.

Wow, someone else who uses the home keys.

My game arrived today and I've just noticed this myself. I've used home for 'move forward' in every game since Quake in 1996, so I'll be damned if I'm going to change just because Bethesda think that the shortcut key for some MS bloatware is so important that it cannot be changed.
I've had a look through the config files and they seem to be using some kind of keyboard hardware codes in there.
I'll try and figure it out. If it turns out it's not possible to re-map home key it's going back to the shop.
 
I've no doubt you and I have crossed blasters back in 97 on Quake 2 Threewave capture the Flag. Good to see another veteran who also uses 'Home' as forward.
 
Anyone else find that this game feels comparable to the original Deus Ex when that game first came out? It's like a mix of Deus Ex (the original) and System Shock 2. Which is probably one of the highest compliments that I can pay a game.
 
Has anyone else found any of the other Vaults yet? I've just found Vault 106, just about to go into the living quarter and oh gnoes, crash to desktop.

Edit: It's pretty creepy in here, made me jump at some points, won't go in to much detail cos that will ruin it. :D

Who gets a small lag after sleeping for 3 hours +?

The game runs PERFECT maxed out all the time (at 2560x1600 might I add) but as soon as I sleep for 3 hours+ the game gets a slight lag in it? Its not really bad, and playable, but as the frame rate is perfect usually, I have to leave (exit to windows) and boot again and its fine.

Something in the sleep is causing it, and only sleep (fast travel and everything else that breaks away from the game is fine).
 
is there anyway to turn the time as it is night time and i cant not do anything as everyone is sleeping ?

in f1 f2 u could turn time forward in pipboy

I'm getting a slowing down of my run speed, usually after the game has loaded another area outside. I think this is caused by the ifpsclamp=60 fix for the micro-stuttering. If you have this edited line in the config and the framerate falls below 60 ie: when it loads another area, you get a slowmo effect until you quit the game and restart.
This only applies if you have edited the line ifpsclamp=0 and changed it to 60. If you haven't edited it, then I'm not sure what your problem is.
